Cirque du Soleil raises its big top on LI

Cirque du Soleil is raising its big top on Long Island for the first time ever.
The massive installation is in preparation for the opening night of its show "Volta" in Uniondale.
On Friday, 60 men and women pushed more than 100 supporting poles to raise the canvas into its final position for the premiere.
The Cirque du Soleil production of "Volta" starts on May 17.
