Dancing and partying the night away could lead to some hungry patrons, which is why one Bronx nightclub decided to add food to its menu.

eVo Cocktail Lounge & Restaurant is known for its exciting nightlife and food.

"A lot of people come here because we have a lot of celebrities come through those doors for brunches," says co-owner Luis Matias.

Patrons can work up quite an appetite from all that dancing, which is why eVo introduced its Bacalaito Spring Rolls. And those spring rolls are something you can't get anywhere else.

"We're proud to offer this because we created this dish here," says one co-owner. "You can't get this dish anywhere else in the Bronx, only here at Evo during our brunch."
