Panera Bread is the latest company to fall victim to a data breach affecting its customers.

According to reports, customers who signed up for delivery service apparently had their information unintentionally leaked on the chain's website for the past eight months.

Names, birthdays, physical addresses and credit card numbers were allegedly left in plain sight on the page.

An email has surfaced showing Panera executives knew about the problem back in August of last year.

Panera released a statement to Fox News saying only 10,000 customers were affected.

This is not the first time a big chain store has had an information breach. Target was hacked in 2013 in the biggest retail cyberattack in U.S. history. Home Depot had more than 50 million customers’ credit card information stolen in 2015.

Panera has not publicly commented on the alleged incident.
