A Latin fusion restaurant in the Bronx prides itself on presentation.

Cafe Colonial on White Plains Road isn't new to the Bronx, having opened about  nine years ago.

However, its Latin fusion dishes bring something fresh to the borough.

Their seafood paella and other Dominican classic dishes are what customers say keep them coming back.

Cafe Colonial also serves specialty drinks like Bachata Rosa and the "Dominican kiss."

Restaurant manager Priscilla Orozco says she puts a heavy emphasis on plate presentation.

"We pride ourselves in that. Everyone gets a taste of the Latin flavor and everyone is looking for it," she says.
