Police: Man used skimming device to steal nearly $10K from Brooklyn ATM

A man used a skimming device to steal nearly $10,000 from bank accounts in Brooklyn, police say.
The incident happened on Dec. 17, through Dec. 18 at the Apple Bank on Brighton Beach Avenue.
Police say the suspect placed the device on an ATM at the bank and used it to steal $8,116.00 from at least four customers.
Investigators have released surveillance photos of the suspect.
