Police in Stratford have charged a man and woman with voter fraud in connection with the town's mayoral election.
Police arrested Troy Stevenson and Betty Chappell, of Bridgeport.
Both are charged with submitting two forged absentee ballots.
Police did not say if Stevenson or Chappell were affiliated with a particular candidate's campaign.
