Mom offers reward for help finding son’s killer
The mother of a teen who was shot and killed as he left a Sweet 16 party in Morris Park in December is offering a reward for help solving the case.
Authorities are still searching for the person who gunned down Sincear Williams, who contacted his mother on Apple's FaceTime app to tell her he'd been shot on Dec. 28.
Stephanie Garcia says she's offering a $10,000 reward for leads that help detectives find the person who killed her child.
It happened outside Maestro's in Morris Park after a fight broke out at the birthday party. The shooter blasted off several shots, one of which hit Williams in the neck. Another gunshot injured his 17-year-old friend in the arm.
The suspect fled in a black Honda, police say.
