A non-specific threat found Wednesday has prompted an increased police presence as three schools in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District.
According to a message posted on the district’s website, graffiti identifying a non-specific threat was found Wednesday evening at Community Middle School.
West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District Superintendent Dr. David Aderhold said Plainsboro police were called to investigate. Authorities inspected the middle school, as well as Millstone River School and High School North due to their proximity.
Aderhold said the police found no evidence of any specific or credible threat.
The superintendent said Plainsboro police officers would patrol Community Middle School, Millstone River School and High School North Thursday as a safety precaution.
