Cheddar Morning Business Update 9/20: Kohl’s partners with Amazon on returns

Kohl’s is partnering with competitor Amazon this time on returns.
The department store will now package and ship merchandise back at 82 of its stores for free. The move comes after Kohl’s announced it will sell Amazon branded devices in select stores.
Meanwhile, if you are in the market for a new virtual assistant, maybe wait until Oct. 4.
According to images leaked by Droid Life, Google will release a ‘Google Home Mini’ at an event in San Francisco next month. The mini will come in three colors, cost $49 and be about the size of a hockey puck.
Lastly, an e-mail from Amazon about a baby registry was sent to millions of customers accidentally by the company. Many customers thought it was a virus, but amazon apologized, saying it was a mistake.
