Bus driver killed in NYC used to work in Connecticut

The bus driver killed in a collision Monday morning in Flushing used to work in Connecticut.
The driver, who used to work for the MTA, was fired for a drunk driving conviction after an accident two years ago in New Haven.
According to officials, the driver ran a red light and hit a MTA bus.
The New York Police Department says one person died at the scene. Two others died at hospitals.
Officials say more than a dozen others were injured.
