Westchester Square has been transformed with steel and rocks as part of a new art collection.
The collection, called Urban Regeneration 2, is made up of natural elements and industrial waste.
Those who put together the collection say it doesn't matter what residents think the piece looks like, as long as it gets people talking.
The work is also sponsored by the Department of Transportation Art Program. It will be up through June 2015.
