Police responded to a call reporting a stabbing at 2194 Barnes Ave. at around 3:15 a.m. When they arrived, they found four male victims, all of whom had sustained stab wounds.

The 14-year-old, identified as Justin Fallu of East 243rd Street, was stabbed in the chest and pronounced dead on arrival at Jacobi Medical Center.

Two 18-year-olds were also stabbed in the chest, and a 17-year-old was stabbed in the shoulder. All three were taken to Jacobi, as well.
