More than 10 cars had their side-view mirrors torn off and smashed while parked on Pelham Parkway early Saturday.
Victims say they were shocked to discover their cars had been vandalized. One victim said he parks across the street from his office and was surprised he didn't see or hear what had happened.
Other victims told News 12 that they are upset to get off work and realize they have to pay for the actions of someone else.
