MetroCard Van stops in Woodlawn & Wakefield to help older residents refill their cards

Bronx residents got some help replenishing their MetroCards and learning about different travel options this morning.

The so-called MetroCard Van stopped at the Woodlawn Library and P.S. 16 in Wakefield to provide unlimited and pay-per-ride cards.

The event was organized by Councilman Andrew Cohen, who wanted to give older residents a chance to refill their cards without traveling far from home.
