Ready, Set, Fit: JuggleFit
Juggling may be a fun way to exercise your brain and body at the same time.
Heather Wolf, founder of Juggle Fit, says people can burn about 280 calories an hour in her class.
She also says it's a great way to develop eye-hand coordination and stimulate the mind.
"It gives you something to strive for, 'cause you could always learn more tricks and juggle more," she says.
