Word on the Street: Facebook messenger app

You may have to add another app to your smartphone. 



Facebook has decided to force users to download a separate messenger application in order to read or send messages through the social network. 



News 12 set out to see what social media users think about it. 



Some say they like the app, and think it makes online messaging much easier. Others don't want to download anything else.
