An accident involving two tractor-trailers snarled traffic for commuters through the Bronx.
Chopper 12 was overhead following the I-95 crash, which caused one of the semi- trucks to overturn near the exit for the Hutchinson River Parkway.
Some cars were seen driving over curbs and onto the grass to turn around and avoid the chaos.
One of the truck drivers was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, but his injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
