Close to 50,000 fans attend Guinness International Cup at Yankee Stadium

Close to 50,000 fans packed Yankee Stadium for The Guinness International Cup last night.

The largest crowd to ever watch a soccer match at the stadium saw Liverpool defeat Manchester City 3-1 on penalty kicks.

Fans turned East 161st Street into a personal parade for the team after Liverpool's win.

One Liverpool fan said they have seen the team play in England, but seeing them play in New York City was incredible.

The New York City Football Club will begin playing at Yankee Stadium in 2015.
