A police officer in the Bronx accused of randomly shooting a man in Westchester pleaded not guilty today in White Plains Court.
Police say in April, Officer Brendan Cronin was drunk when he got out of his car at a stop light, walked over to another car and fired six rounds at the passenger.
Court documents say the 27-year-old told Pelham police officers that he had 10 beers and whiskeys before the incident.
He faces charges of attempted murder, assault and drunken driving.
