Word on the Street: Smoking ban in public housing
New York City already has a smoking ban in public areas, restaurants and night clubs. 
News 12 asked residents what they thought about a smoking ban in public housing.
Some residents said there should be a designated place for smokers.
Other residents said people have a right to smoke in their own apartments as long as they don't infringe on other people's property.
