Rough waves caused by Hurricane Arthur create dangerous conditions at Orchard Beach

Many Bronx residents are hitting the borough's beaches this Fourth of July, despite some rough waves from Hurricane Arthur.
People were at Orchard Beach Friday to enjoy the national holiday with their families.
While the water was relatively calm Friday morning, the waves are expected to grow in size now that Arthur is moving up the East Coast.
Bronx residents are warned to take caution at the beach throughout the Independence Day weekend.
