Police have released more information about the man suspected of shooting and killing a 24-year-old yesterday on University Avenue.
The criminal complaint against Jason Delgado says he shot Roderick Romney in the throat in front of 2766 University Ave. around 5 a.m.
Delgado has been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. He is due back in court on Thursday.
