Police: Woman stole from shoppers at multiple stores in Fordham

Police are searching for a woman they say is responsible for stealing money and other valuables in Fordham.

Police say an unidentified female has been stealing cash, jewelry, credit cards, checks and electronics, from January to June. They say she has been targeting shoppers at Marshalls, The Children's Place and T-Mobile, among others.

The latest incident occurred at Marshalls earlier this month, where police say the suspect has stolen from shoppers eight separate times.

The suspect is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 135 pounds, and was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt and beige hat. Most of her victims were female.
