Co-op City Section Five residents growing tired of overflowing dumpsters

After years of living with overflowing dumpsters and accompanying rodents, residents of Section Five in Co-op City invited the health department, sanitation and Riverbay management to their meeting Wednesday night to discuss the problems.Riverbay offered little in response, but said they are working on a centralized trash facility so all the garbage can go in one place. However, a budget crisis has forced them to delay that project for another year.
