Children from the Bronx and Pakistan came together Saturday to send a message of peace to the world. The children spent the day painting two peace murals. The murals will be attached to what the Art Miles Mural Project group wants to be one of largest murals in the world.Joined by local youth group Ivy Walls, the children also got to exchange their views on peace and the war through music, painting and drawings. One child from Pakistan said the day taught him lessons about friendship and understanding. The murals will be displayed at Sunday's United Nations International Day of Peace Ceremony. Organizers then plan to permanently display the murals at the proposed World Trade Center museum.
