Dozens of people got a big surprise at Montefiore Medical Center's Community Health Fair Sunday.
Jennifer Lopez and her sister, Lynda Lopez, made a surprise visit and announced a new partnership wtih the hospital.
The Lopez Family Foundation hopes the partnership can battle childhood obesity and help Bronx mothers make healthy decisions.
Lopez will be back in the Bronx on Wednesday for her Orchard Beach concert.
