At Montefiore Medical Center, doctors say people should wash their hands often and avoid touching their eyes and mouth. They also recommend that people follow a nutritious diet in order to keep their immune systems strong.
And with the cold weather and flu season in full swing, doctors say it's still not too late to get a flu shot. Doctors say although there are reports of a shortage that doesn't mean there are no flu shots left.
