Dangerously cold temperatures hit the Bronx

The arctic blast has hit the Bronx and with it will come a few inches of snow.

Snow is expected to begin Wednesday night and last until Thursday with about 4 inches expected. And as temperatures dip into the single digits the mayor and city officials warn Bronx residents to take precautions.

Officials urge anyone who is homeless to seek shelter. This comes after police found a homeless man dead. Also tenants without heat should report it to their landlords and if that fails then call 311.
