Some parents are complaining about a heat problem in a Bronx school

Some Bronx parents are complaining that P.S. 102 is having a heat problem.

Several parents told News 12 The Bronx that the heat has been low or off for several weeks in the classrooms. Others said the heat is frequently too high. School Principal Gregory Ilaw says there is no heat problem and that the complaints are the result of "false accusations by one parent."

The Department of Education said that every classroom is at least 60 degrees. A spokesperson added that the school will now begin warming up the building before students arrive.
