Another worker testifes in case against a former BX Hollyood Video store manager

Testimony continued in the case against a former Co-op City Hollywood Video store manager. Another woman who worked with Charles Cabble, the man accused of raping and sexually assaulting female employees, took the stand Tuesday.

The woman told the court that female workers would complain to her saying that Cabble would rub up against them. She also said workers told her that Cabble would touch them inappropriately.

But the defense tried to show that the woman was someone who had been convicted of drug possession and fraud, and even served jail time. Cabble's defense also maintains that he did not harm any of the women. The defense insists the women made up the accounts of sexual assault and are using the criminal trial in order to bolster a civil trial against Cabble.

A total of 11 women have now joined in filing a civil suit against Cabble and Hollywood Video. Lawyers involved in the civil suit say that case probably will not begin until next year.
