Police investigating theft of the Stations of the Cross from a Riverdale church

Police are looking for the person or persons responsible for taking the Stations of the Cross from St. Margaret's of Cortona Church in Riverdale.

Police say 13 Stations were taken between Sunday night and Monday. They say a pastor at the church found the miniature set of Stations missing out of a small chapel next to the main sanctuary. Reverend John Farley hopes the Stations will be returned soon.

A 14th Station at the church was stolen a few years ago and never replaced. The church was also vandalized last year.
