Bronx food warehouse that closed unexpectedly is offering refunds

SHARE New York, the discount food warehouse located in Morris Park, is giving out refunds to customers after it closed down without warning.

Residents who placed April orders with SHARE are being their money. All residents have to do to get their money is go down to SHARE's headquarters. Some say they are still surprised and disappointed the warehouse's closing.

SHARE New York, which is a privately funded non-profit program that provided food to hundreds of low-to-middle income families and organizations, was forced to close because the owner could not pay past due rent.
