(05/23/04) MANHATTAN - The John F. Kennedy Knights boys volleyball team is ranked 3rd in the PSAL playoffs. On Sunday, they played the 6th seeded Grover Cleveland Tigers in the quarterfinals.

The match took place at Hunter College in Manhattan. The Tigers won Game 1 by the score of 25-23. In Game 2, the Knights jumped out on top early. But Cleveland won the second game 25-21 and took the match. The Tigers advance to the semifinals. Kennedy was eliminated in the quarterfinals for the second consecutive year.
