Two-alarm fire on Arnow Avenue in the Bronx leaves some residents homeless

A two-alarm fire that tore through a Bronx apartment building Tuesday afternoon has left some residents homeless.

Firefighters say the blaze at 739 Arnow Avenue was a tough one to battle but that it's lucky no one was seriously injured. They say the fire started in a second-floor apartment and destroyed at least four apartments.

Nine firefighters were treated for minor injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
