Hundreds attend 16th annual Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade along Grand Concourse

(08/01/04) THE GRAND CONCOURSE - Puerto Ricans in the Bronx celebrated their heritage with a parade down the Grand Concourse on Sunday.

Puerto Rican pride in the Bronx was in full swing as red, while and blue flags adorned the parade route. Hundreds of proud Bronx Puerto Ricans came out to see decorative floats and other forms of entertainment make their way down the Grand Concourse.

The Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade is in its 16th year.
