Two basketball players from the Bronx still eyeing up a chance in the NBA

Smush Parker and Kenny Satterfield are still eyeing a chance to play in the NBA.

Parker was a special guest at the Hoops in the Sun Summer Basketball League All-Star game. The former Fordham star played in the NBA two years ago with the Cleveland Cavaliers and he played in Greece last season. He played with the Charlottes summer pro league but doesn't plan on signing with them.

As for Satterfield, he played in the Hoops in the Sun League this summer. The Bronx resident and Rice graduate played a year and a half in the NBA with Denver and Philadelphia. This past season he led Fayetteville in scoring and assists in the NBDL, and was invited to a Houston mini-camp earlier this summer.
