Residents pleased to see graffiti cleanup crews in Bedford Park
Volunteers from the city program Graffiti Free New York stopped off in Bedford Park Wednesday to clean up several buildings.
Residents say they are thrilled to see the graffiti being taken off the buildings. They say some of the buildings were real eyesores.
The Graffiti Free New York program has been in existence for six years and has helped to clean up hundreds of buildings throughout the Bronx and city. The program runs from April through the fall.
