Tropical Storm Charley leaves the Bronx damp and windblown

Tropical Storm Charley left the Bronx damp and windblown after the tropical storm warning was lifted early Sunday. Officials say there were no major flooding or power disruptions reported.

Bronx residents were prepared for heavy rains, winds and thunderstorms as the storm made its way up the Eastern Coast. Charley was a Level 4 hurricane when it hit the Florida coast, killing at least 13 people and $11 billion in damages.
