Two firefighters accused of having sex with woman in Bronx firehouse

(08/21/04) MORRIS HEIGHTS - Two New York City firefighters have been suspended without pay after investigators say they had sex with a woman in a Morris Heights firehouse.

The woman originally claimed she was gang raped at the firehouse on Cameron Place by as many as four firefighters, but fire officials claim she later admitted the sex was consensual. While criminal charges will probably not be filed, 35-year-old Tony Deluca and 30-year-old Christian Waugh face departmental reprimands.

Some departmental charges the two men face may include conduct unbecoming of a firefighter and bringing a civilian into a restricted area of the firehouse.
