Trash plan would reduce number of garbage trucks seen in the Bronx

Bloomberg estimates the new 20-year trash plan would eliminate 625 waste transfer truck trips per day. Bloomberg also said the plan would end the city's reliance on long haul trucking and clear residential streets and major highways in the Bronx.
