Former Wings Academy point guard announces college plans for next year

Former Wings Academy point guard Gerald Carter held a press conference to announce his college plans for next year. Carter will be attending Marist College in the Fall of 2005.

The press conference was held at Abysyssian Baptist Church where Carter got his start in basketball. Carter helped the Wings win the PSAL B Title in 2002. He also won a Connecticut state title two years ago at Bridgton Academy Prep School.

Carter chose Marist over Binghamton University and Hofstra University. He says it was a very tough decision to make.
