Ravens begin quest for three-peat as basketball season tips off

Two-time defending champs St. Raymond's took on All Hallows as the basketball season tipped off.

Both teams were hit hard by graduation time losing some key players. The Ravens lost Brian Lang and Gavin Grant while the Gaels lost leader Ronald Ramon and Albert Forbers.

The Ravens trailed for most of the game and were down 25-24 at the break. It was a sloppy game by both teams but in the end the Ravens pulled out a victory, beating the Gaels 63-58.
