Holy Cross beats Fordham Rams in the 79th meeting between the schools

Holy Cross mens basketball team beat the Fordham Rams in the schools 79th meeting Monday night. The Rams lead the all-time series, 41-37, but the Crusaders have won the last four meetings, including a win last season.

The Rams hosted Holy Cross and were up in the first half 19-18. However, the Rams were having a physical defensive game against the Crusaders. Even freshman rising star Bryant Dunston only scored three points in the game. Jermaine Anderson tried hard to help the Rams win, but only scored nine points. Holy Cross went on to beat the Rams 53-39.

Dunston was named A10 Rookie of the Week for the second straight week.
