Mt. St. Ursula player looks to pass 1,000 career points on the basketball court

Mount St. Ursula's Kendra Williams was looking to pass 1,000 career points in the game against St. Joseph Hill. She entered the game needing just two points.

Williams, who has already signed to attend Robert Morris College next year, was able to hit the 1,000- point mark just seconds into the game. The game was stopped briefly to honor Williams.

It was a close game going into halftime, but in the third St. Joseph took over increasing its lead to 41-26. Although Williams led Ursula with 20 points, it wasn't enough to launch her team to victory. St. Joseph won by a final score of 59-47.
