City Island neighbors fear traffic from Jennifer Lopez concert at Orchard Beach

Jennifer Lopez is performing at Orchard Beach next week and City Island residents are worried about the traffic expected.

More than 25,000 people are expected at the concert next Wednesday. Members of the City Island Civic Association are asking the NYPD and Parks Department to dedicate one traffic lane to City Island residents only.

"There needs to be some consideration for the people who live here," says John Doyle, of the City Island Civic Association.

Not everyone is worried about J. Lo's concert. Small business owners say they're willing to put up with the chaos because it means a big increase in business.
