First blizzard of 2005 blankets the Bronx

Another round of heavy snow packed with strong winds is expected to wallop the Bronx Sunday morning. That's on top of the blanket of snow left by Mother Nature through Saturday night.

Sanitation trucks, plows, and salt spreaders are making their way through the Bronx Sunday morning. Mayor Bloomberg says the best way to get around the city is to use mass transit, particularly the subways.

The mayor says he hopes that by Monday morning crews would have plowed every single road at least once.
