Tenants living in the Patterson Houses in Mott Haven say NYPD is too aggressive
Some tenants living in the Patterson Houses in Mott Haven say the NYPD is too aggressive when patrolling the Operation Impact Zone.
Tenants say they are tired of being harassed and intimidated by cops patrolling the Patterson Houses. Some tenants say officers falsely accuse people of trespassing and loitering.
