With more than four inches of snow, the Bronx gets hit hardest in the city

Department of Sanitation officials say the Bronx got the most snow in the city with four and a half inches. Sanitation officials say they had 75 spreaders and 207 snowplows at work in the Bronx, so most major roads are in fairly good condition. But many smaller secondary roads may still be snowy and slick. Alternate side of the street parking is suspended for Tuesday but all other regulations, including parking meters remain in effect.

With the latest storm, the city is more than $6 million over budget.
