BX residents want answers about why their sidewalks aren't being taken care of

Bronx residents who live on Mickle Avenue in Williamsbridge say their sidewalks have been deteriorating for years and they want to know why they are not being taken care of.

Members of the Mickle Avenue Block Association say they don?t know what to do to get the problem fixed. The Department of Transportation says property owners are responsible for maintaining their own sidewalks, but residents say they?re not happy about it.

The Mickle Avenue Block Association says the city has also not done anything to help the problem.
