Police says they were able to arrest the teen because of tip called in on Thursday.
The teenager boy has to appear in family court with his mother on Monday. He?s charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti. Authorities say they?re still looking for two other graffiti vandals who are responsible for defacing property in the 49th and 45th precincts.
