Police believe a Bronx boy is responsible for graffiti across the area

Police arrested a 13-year-old Bronx boy who they say is responsible for graffiti in Morris Park, Pelham Bay and other neighborhoods in the borough.

Authorities say the young boy left his mark on Bronx storefronts, apartment buildings and even on cars in the area. The 49th Precinct?s graffiti coordinator says the vandal is responsible for defacing about a hundred locations across the area. Police says they were able to arrest the teen because of tip called in on Thursday.

The teenager boy has to appear in family court with his mother on Monday. He?s charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti. Authorities say they?re still looking for two other graffiti vandals who are responsible for defacing property in the 49th and 45th precincts.
